About the Project
Ty’n Rodyn is a 9-bedroomed supported accommodation service for males with co-occurring and complex needs including addiction, mental health, and offending behaviour.
The project offers 24-hour support from a skilled and experienced team of staff.
The service offers support with:
- Tenancy
- Living skills
- Resilience and wellbeing
- Signposting to other agencies such as the substance misuse service (SMS)
The team works in partnership with other agencies including the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), Probation Service, Housing Options teams, Money Advice Service and many others.
Eligibility / Referral Process
Referral is strictly via the Gwynedd Housing Options Team single point of access.
