We are a national voice rooted in local communities, led by the lived experience of our members. We do things the Adferiad way – providing support that focuses on the person and not their circumstances, putting the individual at the heart of everything we do.

Adferiad provides a wide range of services across Wales supporting people with mental health issues, substance use, housing, carers, young people, and wellbeing needs. We work alongside individuals and communities to provide practical support, recovery-focused services, and opportunities to improve quality of life. Our services range from community support and advocacy to crisis intervention, employment support, and residential facilities.
Adferiad’s services are available to people across Wales who may need support with mental health, substance use, housing, wellbeing, caring responsibilities, or other challenges affecting daily life. Some services are open access or available to everyone, while others may need a referral, depend on where you live or the type of support you need. Click here to view our services. If you’re unsure what support is available, please contact 01792816600 and the team can help guide you to the right service.
Adferiad is funded through a combination of grants, contracts, partnerships, and fundraising activity. This includes support from local authorities, health boards, the Welsh Government, charitable trusts, and other organisations that help fund services across Wales. Funding helps ensure people can access practical, community-based support when and where it’s needed most.
