Our Leadership

We are proud to be a member led charity. Our members appoint our board of trustees, who in turn oversee the executive team. It is this structure that ensures that the people we support are central to all that we do, throughout the organisation.

Our trustees, who generously volunteer their time without remuneration, perform the invaluable role of being a 'critical friend' to our organisation. Through their active participation in regular board and committee meetings, they govern and guide us, setting the direction and objectives of our organisation. They are not just overseers; they are strategic leaders, setting our course and defining our goals. Their insightful governance and leadership are pivotal in shaping the future of our organisation.
