About the project
Day Services: provide a wide range of opportunities and activities to help people recovery from a serious mental illness. Sessions provide structure, encourage social interaction, discussion of current affairs and development of skills and artistic abilities. Groups are run in Carmarthen, Whitland and Llandovery.
Seibient Services: provide respite to carers by providing day service opportunities for people experiencing serious mental illness. Group sessions provide structure, encourage social interaction, discussion of current affairs and development of skills and artistic abilities. One-to-one support is tailored to address issues that can facilitate recovery, and improve quality of life for those being cared for. Eligibility / Referral Process
Anyone with a diagnosed Mental Health problem – Self-referral/professional referrals from GP’s, CMHT and other Third Sector services.
