About the Project
Parabl provides free short-term therapeutic support if you are experiencing common mental health problems or facing challenging life events which may be impacting on your emotional well-being. All services are provided in a non-stigmatising environment.
The service offers a range of interventions e.g:
- Self-help guides
- Online workbooks and Support
- CBT
- Therapeutic Groups
- Mindfulness
- Counselling
Eligibility / Referral Process
The Parabl service is for anyone aged 18 years and over who live in the 6 counties of North Wales who are experiencing any of the following:
- Mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression
- Enduring mental health problems
- Bereavement issues
- Relationship issues
- Common psychosexual difficulties
Self and/or Professional referrals accepted.
