About the Project
Conwy Mental Health Service offers tenancy-related floating support for individuals with co-occurring and complex needs including mental health, and homelessness.
The service offers support with:
- Tenancy
- Living skills
- Resilience and well-being
- Money advice
- Therapeutic support
- Onward referrals to other agencies
The staff teams work in partnership with other agencies including community mental health teams (CMHT), substance misuse services, housing options teams, money advice service and many others.
