About the Project
We are a community transport service that operates within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. The service consists of two dedicated drivers who will take carers, loved ones and those who support people affected by poor mental health, who are experiencing transport issues, to see their loved ones in the mental health units of the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The service runs seven days a week.
Who do we support?
We support individuals and carers (aged 18 and above) who are experiencing transport issues.
How do we do it?
We are dedicated to giving a quality service, delivered to the highest standards. We offer carers transport to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital to visit their loved ones who are inpatients in the mental health units.
