About the Project
Champion’s House is a recovery delivery hub in Wrexham working alongside other Adferiad service providers. Our service offers a creative, active and supportive environment for people who have suffered from addiction and / or mental health. The project provides a mutual aid community for anyone who is looking towards a future without addiction and with improved mental wellbeing. The building is also a base for other Adferiad support services such as counselling, Cyfle Cymru, and Prison In Reach. The service is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Who do we support?
We offer support to people aged 18 and over who have suffered from addiction and / or mental health issues.
How do we do it?
Champion’s House runs a variety of courses, groups, and events throughout the week to help build recovery capital and look towards the future. We also hold regular mutual aid groups; there is an activities schedule which people can obtain from
Champion’s House and this is updated as and when required.
Referral
We are an open-access service: no referral is required and the group activities are available to everyone unless stated.
