About the project
Champions House is a Recovery Delivery Hub in Wrexham, Working alongside other Adferiad service providers and other service providers. Champions House offers a creative, active, and supportive environment for people who have suffered from addiction and/or mental health issues but are now actively stable and seeking to continue to move forward in their recovery.
The project provides a mutual aid community where everyone is looking towards a future without addiction and improve mental wellbeing. We run a variety of courses, groups activities and events throughout the week to help build recovery capital.
Champions House is also a base for other Adferiad services including CAMFA and PARABL counselling services, CYFLE CYMRU, CANIAD, WOTS WHPP,PRISON LINK IN REACH
