About the Project
Caniad aims to achieve better health and wellbeing of service users, carers and their communities by creating effective partnerships between service users, service providers and commissioners across North Wales.
Caniad contributes to providing equity in services across North Wales by enabling service users and carers to be fully involved in the planning, commissioning, design, delivery and evaluation of those services.

Lived experience in substance misuse, mental health or as a carer/family member.
