About the Project
The aim of Caniad is to achieve better health and wellbeing of clients, carers and their communities by creating effective partnerships between clients, service providers and commissioners across North Wales.
Who do we support?
Caniad contributes to providing equity and quality in services across North Wales by enabling clients and carers to be fully involved in the planning, commissioning, design, delivery and evaluation of those services.
How do we do it?
Caniad supports individuals through signposting to relevant services and through gathering feedback around service provision. We also support clients facing transport or digital barriers.
Referral
Caniad clients should either be in treatment for substance use or have accessed mental health services in the last two to three years. Self-referrals are also accepted or through a worker.
