Tea and Toast: an open door, relaxed setting for the community, come in to a welcoming and safe space offering free tea, coffee and toast but whilst your there take part in light arts and crafts, meet new people or bring along a friend and chat on our sofa area and of course speak to the staff about the free mental health support that we have to offer.
