About the Project
Salisbury Road is a supported accommodation project delivered to occupants in one supported accommodation property in the county borough of Wrexham who are experiencing a serious mental illness and have housing-related needs. This Wrexham housing-related support project is provided over seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and includes a sleep-in and waking night member of staff. This project has proven beneficial to individuals by enabling them to work on their daily living skills. The overall aim is to provide tapering support so that individuals can maintain longer-term tenancies, breaking the cycle of homelessness and vulnerability and allowing them to live independently.
