About the Project
Conwy Rural Family Support provides a flexible outreach service across Conwy for carers of adults with a mental health illness. The service enables carers to develop their caring skills and confidence, helping them to live independently and have a life of their own.
The service offers support with:
- Completing Carers Assessments on behalf of the Local Authority
- Signposting to other sources of support
- Opportunities for respite
- Advocacy support
- Access to a Carers Group
- Access to training opportunities
- Advice and Information
