Your Resilience is a UK-wide programme which supports young people’s mental health resilience. Delivered in a range of settings, Your Resilience equips young people with the tools and knowledge to maintain their mental health through life’s transitions, both now and in the future.

To create Your Resilience, we gathered insight from young people across the UK to build a programme that young people have told us they want and need.

We created Your Resilience because we passionately believe in supporting young people by equipping them with the necessary tools to cope with life’s challenges.

Your Resilience is delivered bilingually in a range of settings, including:

  • Sport’s talent pathways
  • Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
  • Community settings for young people

We train designated facilitators to support young people aged 14 – 18 to develop the tools and knowledge to maintain their mental health through life’s transitions such as moving through school, changing friendship groups, moving to university or starting employment.

Resources for parents and carers are also available to help facilitate ongoing discussions around the Your Resilience programme, focused on young people using their strengths and encourages them to employ tools and strategies to build their resilience.

At the beginning of the programme, our dedicated Training Associates will train facilitators in the content of Your Resilience. In the following six sessions we will work closely with those facilitators to co-deliver Your Resilience in 1-hour workshops. Once Your Resilience has come to an end, we will remain in regular contact with your designated facilitators to ensure they have the right resources and support to continue delivering Your Resilience to more young people – and ultimately grow its impact within your setting.
