Carers Opportunities
Providing 1-to-1 support and advice, Carers Group – providing invaluable peer support alongside information sharing and guest speakers.
Service User Opportunities
The service offers support and activity opportunities to service users on a short-term basis with the aim to promote independence and providing respite to families and carers.
The service offers support with:
- 1:1 Support (face-to-face, telephone, video calls)
- Cares Group
- Group activities such
- as walking groups
- Drop in centres
Eligibility / Referral Process
Must be 18+
Living within the Swansea area
Be a carer for a loved one/ friend with mental illness
Or
Receiving support for your mental health from a family member/friend.
