About the Project
Powys 16+ Tenancy Support Service helps young people aged over 16 years who are leaving local authority care to live independently.
The team can support the young people with skills such as budgeting, benefits, maintaining a tenancy, cooking, and any life skills that the young person feels they need support with.
The team can also support the young person by accompanying them to appointments, such as with the job centre.
