About the project
These individuals may not meet the Community Mental Health Team’s (CMHT) threshold or may require support to access the CMHT. The client group may have complex and multiple needs such as:
• Mental ill health
• Alcohol and/or drug use
• Homelessness, rough sleeping and vulnerably housed
• Anti-social behaviour and offending behaviour
The Mental Health Engagement Outreach worker will provide support in the community and work alongside the Substance Misuse Engagement Outreach workers providing an active outreach services.
Eligibility / Referral Process
Any person aged 18 and over who is residing in temporary accommodation.
