About the Project
Gwynedd Floating Support and Supported Accommodation Service offers tenancy-related floating support and supported accommodation for individuals with co-occurring and complex needs including addiction, mental health, domestic violence, and offending behaviour.
The service offers support with:
- Tenancy
- Living skills
- Resilience and well-being
- Money advice
- Therapeutic support
- Onward referrals to other agencies
The staff teams work in partnership with other agencies including the community mental health team (CMHT), Substance Misuse Services, Probation service, Housing options teams, money advice service and many others.
