About the project
Carmarthenshire Carers Information Service provides an information and flexible outreach service across Carmarthenshire for unpaid adult carers to enable them to develop the skills and confidence to care and to help them have a life of their own.
The service offers support with:
- Information and Advice
- Help to access a Carers Assessment
- Signposting to other sources of support
- Information about respite opportunities
- Advocacy support
- Emotional support
- Carers Groups
- Telephone & 1:1 support
- Access to training opportunities
- Carers Recognition card
- Carers Emergency card
- Carers events
- Money Advice service
Eligibility / Referral Process
Any adult carer living in Carmarthenshire is eligible for this Service.
