- Support to live independently in own community
- Offering person centred support
- Provide advice, advocacy and liaise with other organisations
- Offer support around managing finances including debt
- Provide advice and support around personal safety
- Work towards reducing stigma around seeking support for substance use.
Eligibility / Referral Process
Aged 18 or over that requires support with Alcohol and/or Drug use.
Referrals to be emailed through the Councils Support People Gateway spgateway@npt.gov.uk
