A Problem Shared – Counselling Services

How are we different?

A Problem Shared is a counselling service run by CAIS Social Enterprises, linking people who need support with our experienced and qualified team of counsellors. Unlike many other services, we have staff with a range of experiences, who we will call on to best fit the support you need.

Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to, we provide a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns. By choosing us, you’re not just receiving counselling; you’re partnering with a team that truly understands the value of your mental well-being and is here to support you every step of the way.
