About the Service

The Small Grant Scheme operates within Gwent It offers a wide range of grants from; white goods items to driving lessons to breaks away to courses. The vast variety of grants allows us to reach more carers to support. It can be applied for by carers themselves which provides carers with confidence and independence.

We provide support to all unpaid carers such as

  • Young carers
  • Parent Carers
  • Partner Carers
  • Sibling Carers
  • Friend Carers

Support through small grants are provided directly to the carer.

The service offers support with:
