About the Service

What can we do?

Our aim is to better support your mental health by engaging with you as an individual. Our trained staff will go through a ‘wellbeing conversation’, focusing on what matters to you – your individual needs, goals and aspirations. This feeds into a unique well-being plan that looks at all areas of your life, allowing us to provide support that’s tailored to you.

Every person we support is entitled to six support sessions.

This allows our staff to make sure the plan works for you, no matter your situation or experience.

What support do we offer?

What support do we offer? We support people aged eighteen and over by providing access to information and opportunities. We also provide support with the following:

  • Wellbeing
  • Independence
  • Resilience
  • Quality of life

We also offer a central referral route to other support (via the hubs).
