Mental Health Link Worker
- Based at Civic Centre with the Vale of Glamorgan Housing Team.
This essential role provides assessment and short-term support for individuals who present to Vale of Glamorgan Council. After assessment individuals are referred to relevant Mental Health/Floating Support Services within the county.
Eligibility / Referral Process
Service is for individuals experiencing Mental Health and Housing Related Issues
Referrals are via Vale of Glamorgan Housing Solutions Team.
